How to Order:

 Would you like to place an order? Great! 

You may want to begin by visiting my etsy shop at:

It lists several premade items ready for purchase.  

 

 If you are interested in items that are not currently shown on etsy OR if you'd like to place a custom order (I do lots of these) please contact me via email at:

After we've discussed your order, I'll set up a custom listing just for you!

 

When contacting me with a custom order:

 please be sure to include the following (if applicable)

1. Clip type  (alligator clip lined with no slip material or baby snap clip)

2. Ribbon choice (or idea of color/styles you are looking for)

3. embellishment (if desired)

4. Which side to oriented the clip (open on left or right)

5. Payment Type (paypal, check, or money order )

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Payment

   Paypal, money order, and check payment can be arranged through my Etsy website.  PayPal payment is due within 48 hours of purchase.  If you choose to pay by check, please let me know. I will contact you regarding the address and whom to make the check out to. If you are local (I'm located in Joppa, Maryland) we can arrange for pick up in order to avoid shipping charges.  

Shipping

I will do my best to ship all items within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. If you have ordered a personalized, or one of a kind, item shipping may be slightly delayed in order to allow time to create your product.

Shipping insurance and delivery confirmation can be added for an additional $2.50. Insurance is recommended. I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please let me know if you would like to add it to your purchase.

If ordering through Etsy or PayPal I can only ship to the address on your PayPal account. If needed, please update your address information with PayPal PRIOR to checking out on etsy. Those who wish to pay by check may have some delay in shipping as I will wait for checks to clear before shipment. 

 

Current Shipping Charges:

$1.00 for the first clip

.75 each additional clip

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, you may return the item for a refund. The return must be made within 10 days and the item must be in NEW condition. This does not include shipping costs (shipping for the return will be deducted). Due to the nature of the product, personalized items, may NOT be returned. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
